I'm close to having my Mannington Adura Max Apex floors installed. I've had several estimates & 2 were by actual carpet/floor stores (others by contractors & handymen).

I bought the transition & stairnose, per the carpet pros.

I just watched the Mannington video & it says at the door jambs to chemically fuse the planks with MSS 20 sealer!!!

Not one person has said I need this or it needs to be purchased, even the pro guys that sell the Mannington didn't mention it.

Do I need to buy/use it? Or is it ok without (it would be the entry door to bathroom). Thank you
