Floor Plan Review for Custom Home

Hello All,

We are adding about 2500 sqft to our 1400sqft brick 4-square from 1896. The existing house is almost completely gutted, but we are keeping some elements such as the original bay windows and the upstairs bedrooms. The old part of the house is on the right closest to Pine st which is to the north. We are adding to the south of the existing house on both floors and digging a full basement. To the south of the home there is an alleyway that will access our attached garage. There are nice mountain views looking southwest from the house. You can see in the 3D rendering that the garage is a half flight lower than the main floor. We can't change the shape of the home, but the interior layout is open.

A little about us. We plan to have 3 kids (1 currently and 1 on the way). We also both work from home so need dedicated working space. Please take a look at the floor plans and give us your input. There is also a basement, but this will just have a rec room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a mechanical room.

Thank you for your thoughts!
