I am never a lover of 12-14' ceilings so that is an issue for me. As for the whites IMO use a white from the paint sample card instead of playing with other whites they often do not play well together so I would do the Westhighland white if you want to mix those colors IMO a nice simple white for trim is a much better choice than the Egret Where are the blue colors going? IMO accent colors are best left to the end after all other elements are in place .Where on earth will you put a dated raised bar? I have no idea what you mean by synchronized doors .Can we see your space or at least a layout;

I am replicating the above fireplace feature wall, however the offset wall will be wide enough to accommodate a 10’ fireplace. The “ barn doors” in the next picture will be synchronized and open into office.( slide one, other sides open as well). The picture identifies the finishes. The island will look like the next photo, and the island seating in the Briny blue color…will be the accent color. Drywall is not yet installed, so hard to show layout in the build. I am attaching the prelim plan of the area prior to extending length of fireplace wall.

Raised island seating has a purpose…those 32ft of sliders push back and overlook a spacious covered lanai and infinity edge pool with intersecting waterfront canals….I want to be able to take in why we built there….water and boaters; manatees, etc..not look at furniture in the house and under the lanai which would be in the way of my view!
