Hello, I posted about 4 years ago and am back with the same question! After posting my question, we moved for grad school and just moved back in!

This brick color really confuses me. I took off the bay window shutters to find a lighter shade of the brick(Pictured below) so I plan on power washing to try and achieve that look everywhere else. I want to take the shutters off (we will be planting a large bush inbetween the two smaller windows). We are currently in the process of landscaping the front yard with a tree, ground coverings and a dry river.

My question is: I need a color for the door, siding, garage and wrought iron on the porch. What would you choose? Would a deep navy or charcol work for the door (which we are replacing ASAP)? I think this home has so much potential but the brick color really throws me off, i really want to paint it but trying not to.
