Hair dye on Quartzite Countertop

Lynn

Looking for advice to remove hair dye from countertop. The stone yard told me this is quartzite. This counter has been at the mercy of teenage daughter for 3 years and I have to say has been very resilient up until this point. Want to remove the 2 week old pink hair dye. Also a bit of fake nail glued to surface! I have read many suggestions on this site but have not come across hair dye removal. My thinking is to use baking soda/water for the dye and acetone for the nail piece. Daughter has left for college and I’m reclaiming the bathroom. It really is a beautiful stone.
