White counter on a white vanity is classic. I enclosed some pictures of my 2 small bathrooms that I renovated with colored vanities ( sage and charcoal). Best of luck in your choice.

Here's a shot of Denali w/white vanity and a white/pale gray floor tile.

It's a lot of white.

If you do this vanity combo, then I would amp up the floor tile to something w/a pattern and/or come color. for a small bath, it would look great together.

I love a good black and white cement tile for a small space.

here's a white on white w/black hardware/mirror/lighting, and black/white tile.

White on white w/chrome and a light gray smaller hex floor tile. white walls.

Personally I like contrast, and color, but that's me.

Denali and a medium blue vanity and warm gray wall.

@Beth H. : Thank you so much for these photos and your advice. we are doing this reno from 1500 miles away so i can't post a picture. The bathroom is so very small that if you back up from the sink, you hit the wall behind you! LOL. The tub/shower and potty are behind a pocket door. What's great is that the floor tile, although not my first choice, is an okay brown pattern. I will eventually change it but for now, it's staying. I think the white on white will be good if I take your advice and add a black mirror and new black wall light. And some pictures (in black frames). We are using Sherr's cabinet doors over the existing IKEA brown vanity and the great thing is that if it's too white, I can eventually change out the doors - If I don't change out the tile. I must tell you I love the navy and the white oak vanities! Pictures to come eventually!
