Silestone Cleaning Help!

Allie A

Hello! We just moved into a rental home with kitchen counters that the homeowners believes are "Silestone". She let us know they had accidentally damaged the surface in a few spots by using the wrong cleaning product and said that we should ONLY use SoftScrub Original (no bleach) to clean the counters. Today we had a cleaning service come in and the would not use SoftScrub, as it is too abrasive (I believe they used Lysol).

I'm writing to ask if this is silestone and what the best and safest product to use on this countertop would be? (for daily and deep clean) I would like to use what the homeowner asked, but am concerned that cleaning professionals feel it is damaging. We will be here for a few years and just want to make sure we are properly caring for the home. Below are images of the counter from two angles, right after cleaning... we have not been able to remove the marks shown, but it looks okay from some angles.

Thank you!
