I have seen many sconces that match with single, double, and triple lights--same style, just single or multiple bulbs with a double (or triple) branch. Looking at your electrical box placements, though, for both vanities, it looks like you could use the same mirror for consistency but use up the extra wall space on the larger vanity by installing coordinating lighting with double-branch or wider sconces. I assume the larger vanity is for a person applying makeup and styling hair, so it would be nice to have extra lighting. I'm NOT a designer, so perhaps I'm off-base. You mentioned oil-rubbed bronze faucet/fixtures, yet I see brushed stainless cabinet hardware. Those look new. Will the mirrors have a metal frame or any metal hardware--what finish? Keep that in mind when selecting your mirror's and lighting's metal finish(es)--ORB or brushed stainless? Restoration Hardware offers a lot of single and double sconces in multiple finishes. Some look the same but are wider or more narrow, which might work for your bathroom. I would, perhaps, consider sticking to brushed silver-toned faucets/towel rings since you have that on the hardware, already, and it would be easier finding a mirror to match. But, I know it's common to mix metals, so you should do what you like. (I'm doing all chrome in my Master Bath and chrome fixtures with aged brass lights and brass-colored cabinet hardware in my hall/kids' bath that has a navy vanity.) I find it confusing that you want to both make sure things go in your 1940s home, yet not look too dated. I would say that the large 3-section med cab is not dated enough. It is straight from the 1970s and 80s. You would better honor the era of the house if you go with two med cabs. Go with the larger ones if you can afford them and the alterations to the stud bays they will need. Is that vanity coming with that faucet? I would look for something with more curves, instead. The ones there are quite modern. Sconces on either side of a mirror provide the best light. You may be able to get three, with only one in the middle if the spacing on the wall works right, but you may need four. Or look for one with two lights in the center. Get out graph paper and draw your wall space, the cabinets you choose, and the placement of the sinks. You will have to work out the spacing to see if you can place sconces where they will fit on your wall, balance with each other, and not crowd the med cabs or any side walls.

You can use a light fixture that is as large as the space it will go in minus a few inches, but do try to get something that looks proportional to the space. Same goes for the mirror. I don't know why people are going toward the framed mirror look unless it's just that keeping the builder-grade cut mirrors isn't something most people are inclined to do in a renovation due to any damage that may have occurred over years of use. Take a look at Toto sinks. They have some nice finishes. Read reviews of any particular sink you might select, as some wear better than others. Wayfair and Amazon are good places to find sink reviews.
