Coretec Grande Lotte?

Hello! We live in FL and have a pool and are considering rhe Grande line. We currently have tile in our living, dining, kitchen, hall, guest bath, and half bath that we would be replacing. So a softer floor that is easier on our feet is appealing. However we do also like the pro plus XL Ravensood product. It just seems so much thinner and doesnt feel as real as the Grande line.

1. Any experience with durability of the Grande line? I’ve been spoiled by indestructable tile for years.

2. Anyone have Grande Lotte installed? is it ”stripey” looking? does it pull yellow? Would you be willing to share photos?

Hi there, I just posted some pics of my grande lotte oak at the link below. Definitely don't think it pulls yellow. I tried to do a bit darker wood for my island in an oak and it does pull slightly red... but I don't think it would have done that if I had gone with a different stain. Im obsessed with these floors and get so many compliments. They've been really easy to clean and everyone working on my remodel is very impressed.

That’s where I’m stuck! 1. Finding the right dining fixture and hoping it’s not back ordered! So many fixtures are backordered with no in stock date. 2. Black wall sconces for kitchen area. Again many options are out of stock with no clue to when they might be available. The sconces can wait but the dining room is a priority. The vaulted fixtures can’t be hung until I have them all in hand per husband/electrician.

I understand you're concerned about how this is going to look over a large area and you have a good point. A lot of LVP ends up looking stripey. Have you chosen your kitchen cabinets yet? If you're keeping your furniture in the livingroom, how do the samples look with it? Are you replacing carpet? If you already have wood in the livingroom the recommendation is to continue the wood into the kitchen. A manmade product is never going to look as good as the real thing.
