Help! brown spots on cane palm leaves!

Llewellyn

Noticed these brown irregularly shaped spots developing on my cane palm leaves, mostly concentrated at the center where new growth starts and and some more yellowish-brown spots out on the broader parts of the leaves. Have been dealing with a horrible, stubborn fungal infection in several other houseplants, as well as rust on my outdoor plants :( so wondering if either of those diseases have spread to my cane palm? I have thrown a LOT at my houseplant plants this past month trying to prevent the spread of said fungal infection so it's also possible this is damage caused by the various fungicides I've tried? or some kind of bacterial/fungal rot or leaf spot from spraying the leaves too much?

What I have tried already:

- 3% Hydrogen peroxide root soak, (2 tablespoons per quart water)

- 3% Hydrogen peroxide spray (1/4 cup per quart water)

- Neem oil spray (1 teaspoon per quart water)

Was going to try the Cornell formula next on some of my other sick houseplants (baking soda, insecticidal soap, horticultural oil spray), but am wary of continuing to spray this guy because the water seems to pool in the middle and get stuck between leaves, making things worse!!!

I would be so grateful for any help and advice! I love my plant babies and watching them get slammed with various ailments this summer after years of being happy and healthy has been absolutely devastating :(
