Outside mount mini blinds for picture window with 2 casements?

We have a new front room picture window with two slimmer casement windows on either side (see photos), and we're preparing to make a decision on window treatments. We would like to keep it simple by just adding mini blinds to each window - one for the picture window and one for each casement window.

Our dilemma: the casement windows on either side of the picture window have crank handles at the bottom as well as flip locks on the side. Of couse, these would somewhat obstruct any inside mounted mini blinds.

We think the solution is to simply outside mount the blinds, but we've never tried outside mounts nor installed anything on windows like these before. So hoping to get some feedback from others, specifically:

1) Would this outside mount of 3 adjacent blinds look fine or is there a better looking configuration?

2) In this scenario, would there be only one long mini blind valence? Or one valence for each window?

3) Other thoughts or ideas?
