I don’t think I’ve tried that particular brand but many are coming out with similar products which I have tried. Overall I’d consider them oversalted and overflavored, but addictive. I stay away!

I'd prefer the plain over ranch. Bet they are better than potato chips MOP only

Three years ago, we moved to a house with very little planting space, so I planted all these berries in containers: blueberries, blackberries, currants(red and clove), serviceberries, gooseberries, boysenberries, dewberries, quince and grapes. I got a couple of handfuls of fruit from each bush last year. I also have fruit trees, but they are only 2 years old, so I haven't got any fruit from them, yet. I did tomatoes, artichokes, beans, peas, soybeans, asparagus, and lettuce in containers last year and that worked great. Plus herbs like chives, mint, basil, parsley and cilantro did very well in containers the last few years. For the winter, I put them all against the north side of the house after the frost in the fall and cover them with wood chip mulch about 6 inches thick on top of the containers. Then move them out into a sunny area when they start showing life in the spring. I keep them all together so that the roots are shaded by the neighboring containers. I would also love to hear from other container edible gardeners. Most of what I have learned has been the hard way. Most nursery people that I talk to say that you can't do perennial edibles in containers. Hopefully we can prove them wrong!

There are a lot of different type of cubes Jiffy, Peat, Rockwool, Wet Florist Foam, Oasis growing foam. All sorts of different mediums. I've tried several different types of 1 inch cubes. This fall I have moved almost completely to wet florist foam as I seem to get really good results from this method. Two important things I've learned with any medium. 1. Most cuttings like to be misted occasionaly. 2. Turn your cuttings at least once a day so that all sides get some light. With the florist foam I have found depending on the plant you may need to take a pin and create some small holes for the roots to establish into.

I saw that infomercial too - and as a fellow CA resident, my first thought had me wondering how they'd fare in a mild earthquake. It's a great idea, but I wouldn't use them to hold up anything heavy...over the car.

My spouse bugged me to buy one of these "EZ Defrosting Trays" quite a few years ago. I was reluctant, but found it really did work - and it worked even better when I warmed it under hot water first. Then one day I had a brainstorm! I make a lot of stock, often at night. Then I'm stuck having to strain it, wait for the big stockpot to cool, then refrigerate it. "Hey...if the defrost tray warms things up, maybe it will cool hot things down too," since the principle of thermal mass should hold true. I placed the pot on the defrost tray. Just in case, I had a sturdy cooling rack underneath. Worked like a charm! You can super-speed it up by pouring the hot broth/soup/stew into another container (metal or glass for best heat transfer), then putting it on the defrost tray. Now I use it all the time to cool things down, like a super-hot pan that I want to pop right away into the DW. An empty pan cools off twice as fast on the defrost tray, even the heavy pro cookware I use. Here is a link that might be useful: EZ Defrost tray example at amazon.com

Not yet, but think I might like them. I like ranch.

I've never been one to keep snacking type things around, but I've been trying to gain a little weight so may look for those. Something savory over sweet is more appealing to me.

give me air popped popcorn for something crunchy, love TJ's air popped popcorn!!

How can you go wrong with Kellogg's? :) I eat the Ritz (Nabisco) ones..but they aren't

the Ranch...just plain and marked Original Flavor.

I could have 19 chips for 5 points on Weight Watchers blue plan. That's pretty good. I may have to try those. Thanks, Glenda.

It's amazing what they can process up in a laboratory these days.

That being said......I'd wind up eating a whole box too, that's how they make em', a quick explosion of flavor which last for about 10 seconds.....and then it starts....

My son introduced me to these, and I'm definitely addicted. They do come in ranch and also sea salt. I prefer the sea salt, but always sprinkle some garlic powder on also. To me garlic is the staff of life. I put it on popcorn also. Me son has to deliver most of my food and he knows to automatically bring me two bags of these.

I would probably love them since I love all of the other thin crackers/pita chips I've tried.

Love them too much, can go through a box or bag in one day. So I don't buy them except as a very rare treat.

I don't feel well after eating this type of chips. Not sure what ingredient does it to me, I avoid them.
