If you retile the floor, it enables you to increase your Zillow listing value - under the category of last year remodel. Yes, you could leave it and allow the new homeowner to do the work themselves, but with so many wanting "move-in ready" ..... (And....Let's face it, most younger homebuyers were at soccer practice or playing video games, rather than helping with yard work or car/ home repairs. So, they know nothing about "how to" around the house,). New Tile Color-. I'd pick a light/-medium gray tone in the countertop. Black will show lots of dust, White might be hard to match to your cabinet color. Perhaps the one closest to the tub? It hard to tell the color for certain. What at color is the bathroom wall? If white, then paint trim to match gray floor.

I'm a little concerned about the tile layout in the shower. I'm seeing small slivers on the sides of the large tiles. Generally when laying out large scale tiles like this, I would expect to see the tile pattern wrap around the side walls from the back wall. Here are some pictures showing what I mean. It is much more pleasing to see the cut tile on the back wall wrap around and continue on the side wall and keeps a consistent pattern. I'm not seeing that on your side walls. They seem to have been tiled independently from the back wall. What colour is the countertop you've chosen. That may dictate paint choice both on the wall and on the vanity. I'd lean towards one of the darker colours in the pebble tile. Is that tile only going in the niche?

@kandrewspa here are my cabinets. This color is called “Dove,” which is an off white (but reads white), but brighter white cabinets are also a possibility. It’s between those two tones. I welcome any suggestions for flooring color etc. My contractor will be installing the floors first, so that why I’m scrambling to select floors now. Regardless of what countertop I end up with, I feel like I’m limited (for the reasons discussed above) to a neutral tone anyway. I’ll post pics of the countertops I’m considering.
