Yes i like black with your cabinets :)

I think the black could work & not be "halloweeny", but it does have more of a contrast bringing out the orange of the cabinets. I like what you have.

First of all, what is most important is if you like the look. Personally, and my kitchen cabinets are “orangey” as well, it that they not look good at all with black hardware. In fact I dislike it so much that I actually have no black in my kitchen (and I love black and believe every room needs some black…except for my kitchen). The fact that you are even asking the question should let you know that maybe you wouldn’t like it either. Both nickel and gold hardware look good with my cabinets. But you can always do some sort of mock up (with black ribbon or something) to get an idea.

Well, those are not really orange...wood tone. Only if they were Great Pumpkin (Charlie Brown) would they look like Halloween. I think chrome would look good....a longer sleeker design perhaps.

Just a thought, have you even considered an antiqued or brushed brass? I’m pretty sure it will blend well with the cabinets and backsplash without looking stark or domineering.

Go with the black. It will look great. It should achieve the more contemporary look your cabinets have.

Looks like your appliances are back in these pics. Adding black hardware would work well to tie in and also look good with your stone.

i'd try narrower profile/ stainless / maybe brushed chrome./ I see nothing black/ there are cooler surfaces like floor counter and wall paint. do a minimal look in cool metal. you'll like it. then one day when counter splash faucet and sink get a makeover you'll see the options before you.
