Comments (32)Looks like Cornus × rutgersensis ‘Stellar Pink.’, as Marcus has said one of the Rutgers-bred Dogwood Hybrids https://sebsnjaesnews.rutgers.edu/2015/08/rutgers-bred-dogwood-hybrids-formally-named-after-legendary-breeder-elwin-orton-and-rutgers-university/ - scroll to the middle of the page. Too bad you live so far from me, Elisa. I would more than gladly have it if you were going to get rid of it. https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Cornus+x+rutgersensis+'Stellar+Pink'&FORM=HDRSC2...See MoreNeed help identifying please
Comments (6)Ahh, so I was way off. I have never even heard of Hechtia and have only heard of Dyckia’s a few times, so I hadn’t looked at pics of either of those when trying to ID these guys. Every time I would look up “long, thin, green leaf succulent with sharp red teeth“ I would a bunch of stuff and only the pics of Aloe even looked kind of similar. Google never said anything about Dyckia or Hechtia. I’m so glad I finally took some pics and asked! Thank you so much for your help. This has been driving me crazy, especially since so many of them successfully grew. I have about 15 of each. I have no idea what I’m going to do with them, but I figured IDing them was first. Thanks again....See Moreneed help identifying please!
Comments (9)It is a cameo. Here is not a proper place to find a value for Probate. You need a letter/statement from a jeweler stating what it is and what the current value is. If you have one that actually deals in antiques rather than just current stuff they can also value it as an antique. You need that statement in writing which you may have to pay for but can use that payment as an expense to the estate. I do have one similar to this but with a lighter shell with that same metal work around it. I would be interested in when that particular type of metal work was popular....See MoreTree in Southern California Landscape...help identify please
Comments (6)Yes, it is definitely new construction so probably straight from the nursery - that tree isn't common or as common to see around this part of southern California, so I'm interested in how big it grows around these parts....See MoreRelated Professionals
