The first full line is "Off the Florida Keys, there's a place called Kokomo". It's an imaginary location, it doesn't exist. Words and lyrical lines in songs, especially popular and rock and roll songs from the 60s-80s, often have no meaning or reference to real things at all. And can be nonsensical. Comments (37)lol - Lars, 'Sexy and I Know It' is a song on one of my exercise playlists, specifically one where I'm doing an incline hike on the treadmill. I dislike most cardio (especially that one), but know I have to do it and music helps, so I developed a bunch of playlists that go along with different workouts.
