Buyer beware! and, Any recourse for too short garage?

I closed on a house recently, only to find out the garage is too short. I (wrongly) assumed that being built in 2007 would mean a garage is a standard, modern size garage. The dimensions given on the floor plan are off by one foot. Actual size for the two car garage is 20’6” wide x 18’4” deep, but advertised as 21’9” wide x 19’5" deep. My car barely fits, and I was hoping to get a slightly larger car, but now that's not an option. Do I have any recourse? It's not possible to build out, as it's a townhouse with buidling restrictions. Any ideas on what to do?
