It is most likely a Hampton Bay (Home Depot) or Hunter. Try removing the canopy (the cover up at the ceiling) and see if there is a name inside. You should see the remote control box. You could also remove the bottom cover where a light fixture would be attached. That also may tell you the brand. If this fails then you could buy a universal remote with either of these brands. You could get lucky and it works, or you may have to reset the DIP switches on the current receiver in the fan. If none of that works then you would have to wire in the new receiver that comes with the universal remote. The instructions tell you how to do it.

It looks a lot like the Hunter fan I have on my porch. The blades are the same. Perhaps you can call them and they may be able to direct you to where you can find a serial number or identifying mark. Alternately, you could try spray painting the blades.

For a matched set, you may need to replace them all. Lowes, Home Depot, etal are possible sources or perhaps a specialty lighting shop.
