Terrible season for mandarins

With the crazy early weather this year in January it caused an early bloom and the fruit did not hold on the trees and then there was another late spring bloom and they did not hold onto the fruit either. This is the first year my mandarin trees are not producing. I think the only tree that has any fruit are my page, tahoe and owari with around 6 fruit each. Those usually have 40-60 fruit on them. My other 12 varieties have no fruit. My lemons and limes are doing fine but my mandarins and morro/cara cara ziltch.

Any one else experiencing this with their mandarins especially in California ?
