I'd be amazed if so, since they're very popular. More likely it's just wonkiness as they transition to the 2011 catalog---stuff seems to disappear and then reappear on the website this time of year, every year. (Sometimes they're switching suppliers so officially one version is discontinued and a new one is adopted---but often it just reappears a few days later.) I'd check again after the holiday, or just go visit a store if you have one nearby.

I just bought 3 Lerhyttan kitchens (renovating a triplex) and I can tell you why. The grey cabinets look ridiculous. It looks like the frames have 2-3 coats of grey stain, and the middle panels have 1 thin layer. As a result, you can see the color of the ash veneer through the middle panel. If the frames matched, it wouldn't necessarily be a bad look, but when they're different, it's a strange two-tone effect that looks like poor manufacturing. I did black for my lowers and grey for my uppers. The black ones are fine, which is why they haven't been recalled. I guess Lerhyttan will be available in grey again early next year. Since there's a 365-day return policy, I'm just going to hold onto my crappy ones for now, since I already have everything. When the new ones are offered again, I'll exchange everything. Thankfully, IKEA doors are super easy to take on and off. No tools required. I do kinda wish they'd keep some of the Lerhyttan grey accessories for sale, though, for people in my situation. As I said, it's the door panels that are the problem. Everything else is fine. I think I might need some more deco strips, for example, and now I'm not sure if I can get them until early next year.

So your product is 5/16" - wow that's thin. You are getting into 'vinyl' thickness. Not even laminates get this thin. Ok my suggestion is: find something else at LL (you might as well...they are the only guys who play in the 'paper thin' arena) and pick a colour of flooring that is in the same colour family. Probably go a step or two darker. It will look very handsome. Work with a plank width that is the same + same thickness + same colour family. The LL website shows a floor that is mostly red/orange/brown. So you should have a decent chance of doing OK. Stick with a product that has very little variation. If you are unable to find anything similar, the MOST BUDGET FRIENDLY product = carpet.
