Very excited about Epipactis....still not sure if that is what it is though. I will wait till it blooms. From what I have googled it looks like it gets numerous buds, these only have one at the top. Thanks!

Dypsis lutescens. They throw a bunch of seeds in a pot and grow them up and sell them that way. Eventually, the larger plants will form trunks and will also send up pups and offshoots. It makes a nice tolerant houseplant for many years (keep away from hot air registers or it will brown). Eventually it gets too large for the house though, like most palms. I don't think you'd have room for too many pots of these! LOL! I would let it grow as it does and then maybe trim out the smallest ones. Let the largest ones grow. Not worth separating in my opinion. I use a scissors to 'prune' out runts at ground level. Or try to pull them to thin if you want.

The first one is a Syngonium (the named cultivar is a mystery to me but its a very nice plant!) This could be from too much or too little water. Just check the soil and when it gets dry, water it. Don't wait until it gets limp to water it too many times. You can use a bamboo skewer or chopstick to stick into the soil every day until you get a good feel for how light the pot needs to be when it's time to water again. You can use this method for both of these plants. The second one is Dracaena warneckii 'Janet Craig'. Also an easy grower so long as you don't give it too much water (read: water too frequently). You actually want to use a lot of water when you do water until water flows out the bottom of the pot and fill the pot with water a couple times allowing all the water to flow out unabated. You can also tip the pot at a 45 degree angle to let even more excess water out of the pot. I use bowls or measuring cups to suspend the pot at a 45 degree angle and it can drip to its heart's content for as long as I forget it is there.
