Quality Vanity Recommendations

Struggling to find 72” vanity base made from wood with charging station built in. Would prefer base only as I am concerned about quality and color of supplied counter, etc. looking for transitional style, any color (as will have custom painted before install) and freestanding furniture look.

Any brand and/or style name you’d recommend? Thanks. All ideas welcome.

Go to a good kitchen and bath center - several preferably - and you will find exactly what you want.

Or do what I did which is having one made custom by a wood shop in your area.

You could have as many electrical plugs exactly where you want them to be. For example, I have a drawer which is configured to hold brushes and dryers and has a plug. Electricans also can do a charging station.

Laurie I had the same concerns. I saw a number of vanities from NY vanity in a showroom and was not impressed. No dovetail joints and the sliders for the drawers are on the side so you see the rails when the drawers are pulled out. They don’t slide or close smoothly. I just ordered our vanity from Yorktowne (same as Medallion).

Hi tozmo1. Thank you! I just decided to order Simpson their all wood front door with a heavy water glass side lite. I get no direct sun and I have a large over hang which is why I decided to go with wood. Post your door would love to see your project ! 😉

I ordered the LG LSE4617ST -- net yet installed, unfortunately -- based on good Consumer Reports reviews. The LG LSE4616ST is similar with fewer features as is the LG LSIS3018SS with a more modern appearance. The Frigidaire Gallery FGIH3047VF also rated well and is a relative bargain at $1800. I considered the Bosch induction range but disliked the single temperature control and prefer knobs. Yay for knobs!
