Comments (52)Classic Leather is also handmade in NC. Classic uses a mixture of hardwoods not all of their frames are solid and not all of their frames are true 8-way hand-tied, it depends on the style. Bradington Young is more economical because they use a multiply laminated hardwood frame in place of the solid knot free kiln dried hardwood frames used by Leathercraft. Bradington Young is now a division of Hooker Furniture rather than a family owned business like both Classic and Leathercraft are. Both Classic and leathercraft cater to a higher end customer, they are both willing to make custom changes on all their products within reason. Bradington Young is more main stream they cater more to the masses, they do not like to change up patterns and such but are willing to make subtle changes to their frames like adding or deleting nail trim and they do offer seating or cushion options like both Leathercraft and Classic. All three of these manufactures are based in North Carolina and build outstanding products and yes we do sell all three brands at our store that is why I can comment on this topic as an expert because we are a leather specialty company and my experience comes from years of working with these exceptional leather furniture manufactures....See MorePB or West Elm Leather Sectional & Sofa?
Comments (5)IMO if you want good quality leather furniture none of these companies would be my go to. I like Italian made leather furniture and Natuzzi has pieces in every price range and BTW IMO sectionals are the most expensive uncomfortable seating you can buy. Comfort in seating comes from having at least one armrest so a sectional gives you 2 people that have that. So save money and buy a sofa, in fact the nicest is a sofa and 2 chairs. I have owned good quailty Italian leather furniture all out married life so 50+ yrs and I have never regretted the price I paid otr the pieces I bought ....See MoreBurrow vs Interior Define
Comments (4)Hi, I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with Burrow. With Interior define though I want to get it out there that the performance plush velvet scratches!! We’ve had our sofa for exactly one week (after waiting six months which was longer than their 18-22 weeks they said initially) and our cat who has simply run across it has caused deep gouges all over it that I don’t foresee a remedy for. This fabric is touted as kid and pet friendly! Even though a cat might be deterred to intentionally scratch this type of fabric it is still very delicate. We ordered the Tatum sectional with the down alternative fill - which you'll find lots of complaints about the regular down fill and the slouching. I will say it does feel substantial and overall good quality. The cushions are very heavy and so I'm hoping will keep their shape. In my research I haven’t come across anyone talking about this fabric issue. After this much waiting and $5K it’s pretty depressing....See MoreFabric sectional in Bay Area
Comments (10)I haven't owned one but what you describe fits the LoveSac Sactional to a tee: https://www.lovesac.com/sactionals.html you can remove the fabric covers and wash for the entire sactional, they have high wearing fabric choices, you can customize the depth somewhat and they can be built to various configurations... the only thing I am not sure of is whether you can have a high back on it but the images look high to me....See Moreklf10191
