Comments (20)What an amazing home! Yes, I have seen that last photo's home tour before and loved it! It's what I first thought of when I was reading your vision. I think some black grid windows will look fantastic. I would also eliminate the rod iron Juliet balconies. I don't think removing them is diminishing the Spanish style at all. I wouldn't paint the brick. I think anything with the terra-cotta color is a huge plus. Down the road, a terra-cotta tile walk would look amazing coupled with a white stucco pony wall in place of the brick! I would remove all the shrubbery and focus on adding in succulents, which do well in the bay area naturally. Succulents will add in that soft green color that coordinates so well with the terra-cotta colors as well as add dimension and a sculptured element. I would leave the garage doors as is. Hope this helps!...See MoreNeed exterior ideas Badd.. please show your ideas

Comments (28)It doesn't look like the OP @Emily M has come back. But just in case, here's my 2 cents. It's a darling house on the outside, but there are things in the pictures that would make me look elsewhere. For example, it looks like there is damage in many of the rooms, like missing window sills and water damage (or mold) where wall meets floor. The picture below stands out to me for 3 reasons: Parking lot with commercial trucks next door; window trim pulled out or ???; is that water damage on the floor? Here's another one - why not discard whatever that is next to the house? It's hard for me to figure out what's going on here. Was there trim around the windows that was painted around, then ripped out and no repainting done? The picture is blurry so I can't really tell what I'm looking at, but it seems like trim was ripped out and not replaced. That makes me think it might be a foreclosure? Anyway, it would make me concerned. OP says gorgeous inside and out... maybe pictures don't do it justice, because what is this?...See MoreTracie Domino
