Another thing, you don't want to trap the cat and have it confined in the trap for several days. I would only try to trap the cat on the day before you can bring it into the vet. So not at all on a Saturday, but Sunday afternoon or evening would be better because then the animal is only confined overnight. Keep him or her covered and quiet. It may take a few days of putting out food before she goes into the trap. If you can place it where you can watch it's better. Then you'll know who is going in there. Pick the food up before dark, though, unless the cat only comes after dark. If that is the case you may catch a raccoon overnight and be careful releasing that. You may even catch a different cat. That is another dilemma! It happened to me, and I also caught a raccoon by accident when I was trapping at night. It's interesting that some cats only show up at night, and even in the middle of the night, and some come to eat during the day. My female feral (I named her Fanny) comes during the day.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I know he is going to have to roll the walls again. I am not happy with them AT ALL. There are so many chips in the walls from the trim hitting them. I am wishing we had not painted DD's room and thanking God we have not painted her bathroom yet. They are spraying the primer on the trim. I started thinking about what has to be done. DH and I have decided we need to meet with the builder face to face out at the house. Seems to me that if they are spraying the trim and covering everything up they could have rocked the fire place by now and covered that up with plastic as well. I checked our contract and it only states three coats of paint, not how they will be applied. So maybe the last coat will be rolled, with all the light fixtures and vents all in now. Sure will be fun! I will post my little list I came up with last night. How he ever thought we would be in by the last week of December is mind boggling. Not when you have your trim out guys only working 1 darn day a week for 3 hours. Here is what I came up with.... Fireplace and bar wall needs to be rocked Roofers need to come back for the dryer vent Roofer needs to check meter loop on roof HVAC guys need to come back HVAC intake vents need to be put up Vent in living room needs to be put on Well needs to be hooked to electric and plumbing (line needs to be dug from house out to well) Light fixtures throughout the house hung (3 in the master bathroom, ceiling fan in master, ceiling fan in second bedroom, Laurens ceiling fan, Laurens bathroom, sconces in hallway, living room ceiling fan, pendent lights (3) above bar, dining room light, island light, laundry room lights, garage lights, closet lights) Porch, front and back, lights drilled and put in (recessed) Out door plugs need to be put in Flood lights put up Living room fan, bedroom fan and bathroom lights need to be bought Door hardware need to be bought and installed Front door ordered???? And installed Front door stained Walls need to be rolled Ceilings need to be rolled Garage doors need to be painted Outside trim needs to be repainted Closet shelves need to be finished, not all shelves are there (painters are already painting these) Cabinets need to be finished and shelves back from cabinet maker and trays put in, once shelves are back they need to be stained and finished Sinks/toilets need to be placed Laurens tub needs to be repaired Trim in LaurenÂs bath needs to be placed (where the pipe is sticking out) Water heaters need to be bought and installed Travertine needs to be ordered Floors need to be installed Tile back splash in kitchen needs to be put in( I do not remember seeing that certain board that has to be put up in the kitchen? I was gonna print this formula at work today, but forgot! (obviously it's not much of a formula!) RL has changed much for the better from 6 yrs. ago when SW manufactured it! It's been made by ICI since then. Weird coincidence here... Just today, a painter in town wanted us to match some ACE colors into RL!! About 12 gallons worth...he loves using RL for his jobs. Either way, buy newer paint...whether or not it's RL. It'll perform better. Faron

Okay, so I am having trouble with the Aura setting up. I tried using more paint which helped some of the drying problems (smoother finish generally) but the "seams" are still rough. The overlap between some of the columns gets tacky and I end up with a rough feeling area between them that looks kind of like a concrete texture. If I don't knock back (feather out) the column's wet edge very quickly (under a minute) , a small ridge occurs because it has begun to set up. But when I feather it out, then the paint is thinner and dries faster, so it gets tacky very quickly, I think. I have tried various ways of rolling. 2 x 3 sections. Up and down. Not sure if one or the other is better but I seem to find the up and own (8 foot ceiling) more difficult to manage. And I need to run the roller tight to the ceiling and corners. I am not working slow! What would you suggest for the transition areas between the columns? And does Regal Select have much more open time than Aura? Maybe I would find it easier to work with?
