Cats and hot weather, what to do?

Oakley

I have four cats, three aren't allowed outside while the other goes in and out during the day but has to stay inside at night.

From a website, "The average temperature range for cats is between 99.5 and 102.5 Fahrenheit. Anything above that puts your pet in the range for suffering heat stroke. Your cat’s temperature should never reach 105, as that level of heat stroke could prove fatal."

In this hot weather (Close to a 100) do you let your indoor/outdoor cat go outside? Normally it'd be okay but Miss R is being obstinate and won't come in all day long. I have her inside right now and she's bugging the heck out of me. Sitting on top of my swivel chair with claws holding on so she won't fall off when I swivel. :)

What do you do? JINX, I'm looking at you.
