My quartzite was labeled Quartzite Gioia. However it looks a lot like some of the other quartzites that I seen seen on this thread. Someone mentioned that the stones are not always labeled consistently. It is a little grayer than I would have preferred but I still love it. we have been in our new house since Thanksgiving or so. Absolutely no etching or staining. The only problem I have had is trying to decide on a backsplash tile.

Lori! Thank you! I have an Alabaster sample so will definitely take a re-look at it. Do you think that Alabaster or White Dove will lend too yellow though? I'm not against painting everything Extra White, but am afraid it will be too stark. For White Dove, I've heard that when it is color matched that they sometimes put too much yellow into it. Not sure if this is just made up or not, but it is a minor concern. I bought a bunch of samples from Samplize and plan to compare/contrast this weekend once they arrive. Thank you!

We have had ours for 10 months and it is amazing! No issues with staining/etching/chipping. (Not babying AT ALL) We purchased from AZ Tile, so I trusted it to be true quartzite. At the yard my fabricator threw some ice water on it and it beaded up and did not soak in. I believe anyone with negative issues did not purchase a true quartzite, which is harder than granite. Many stone yards mislabel softer stones as quartzite. I love mine so much, hope you will as well!

@jill lopez - we loved the white lux, but it was our installers that didnt know how to install. We had a very complicated design where the main island connected with the top island and sides seemlessly to look as if was all one piece (no overhangs) picure attached with our new montblanc counter tops using our new amazing installer.
