shoozyq I read somewhere that somebody had a horrible time keeping footprints off the Madrid Oak, and wondering if that was specific to that color, or if all the colors in this line show footprints. That's a deal breaker for me. :(

Sounds like maybe you should consider another designer. I am really terrible about making choices for my home that bring to life the perfectly staged vision in my head.... I also almost immediately regret those choices. I'm building a new home and this time around I'm really trying to stay focused on the LIVABILITY of the house to hopefully make everyone, including myself, a little less crazy! I found another product called Proximity Mills and there are a couple great reviews on it. That said, it seems difficult to find (apparently can only be sold via authorized local retail outlets) but I'm going to do some research into it. (their Salmon River line has the wider/longer planks like COREtec)

I think Grande Lotte and Goldin and Makkah and Petronas and Noble Oak are popular installs also search for those color names on general Facebook main search page. You’ll find installed pictures hth. The foot stain problem is with darker floors and people who are not following the maintenance care cleaning guide and issues with flooring is usually diy or poor installation poor floor preparation.

John Creek Thanks for that insight. I have been looking primarily at the Pro Plus Enhanced XL SUVA (9"Wx73"L) but am thinking maybe it's too dark and will show the footprints, so maybe will look at some other colors and/or maybe the Grande collection.
