Anyone have product pictures of greenworld industries or muller graff?

Still shopping for floors and we've found some that are around what we are looking for, but it's really difficult to make decisions using samples or even the big store display boards.

I'm drawn to these particular brands because of the look/feel/finish and most importantly, the price.

Specifically, I'm drawn to the Greenworld Industries Artisan line in colors Lilith and Dali. These are both UV finished with a 3mm wear layer, which was the minimum we were looking for after our last fiasco with 1.2mm floors when I was younger and dumber.

But, I'm also really liking this Muller Graff floor, which is in the Augustine Willows line in Couture Tan. I'm drawn to it because it seems to hit all of the "key points" I've researched that I'm supposed to look for, but also has a 4mm wear layer (33% more!) and is only 50c more than the greenworld prices.

These both seem to be smaller brands so it's been difficult finding their work. Greenworld has some reviews online, were very responsive and are shipping us a box of each to try out in our space, and had some of their floors sleuthable via hashtags online. Lilith looks pretty great but may be a bit too pink. I'm hoping Dali is the winner but we are waiting on the box to know.

I haven't been able to find anything on Muller Graff's floor, as it doesn't appear on their website at all and they were not able to get ahold with the distributor or manufacturer and get back to us today, which means waiting until Monday. Since I'm on a bit of a time crunch to make a decision and get the floors in, I'm trying to cover my bases in case dali and lilith both turn out to be busts, which has been the case with the last few floors we've found and had to change our minds on (looks way different next to our finishes, no longer stocked, backordered until november, price jumped 2$).

Anyone familiar with Muller Graff, or anyone who can answer my prayers with images of these colorways installed somewhere?

IMO get the boxes of flooring and see how each one looks in your space there is IMO no way for a bunch of us with really no info even begin to help. My house has different lighting, furniture etc so even if I had that flooring pics of my space would not help you.

That's our goal, but in the environment right now, it's order a box that's a week out and the next week you're looking at a price increase or they're out of stock. So I'm really just hoping for the pictures to see larger views of the color variation, knots, and consistency across the floor, then using the larger sample boards from stores to see it in my space.

We are getting Greenworld boxes sent, but Muller Graff didn't respond to our sales rep on Friday and now it's another wait with them, just figured it was worth asking instead of waiting for Monday.

I found this site trying to find a way to save a poor little snail I accidentally stepped on. I'm so upset and then I come here and see comments where you sick b!tches are cutting snails out of their shell, stepping on them on purpose, throwing them against walls and throwing them in the street and more. What the hell is wrong with you sick people?!!!?!??!!! How can you have absolutely no respect for life?! I'm horrified! You're torturing an innocent life. It doesn't matter if they're the biggest or the smallest of animals/insects. It's a life you twisted psychopaths! I can't begin to understand how so many of you could be so friggin' cruel. I don't know how any of you can look at yourselves much less sleep soundly at night after doing what you've done to these innocent lives. Tung-oiled pine flooring update. It's been a year since my last post in this thread, and a year and a half from the floor install, so I thought I would post an update. Some backstory: These pine wide-boards were sawn at a local mill, kiln dried and I think indoors for abt a year before we got it. The boards sat in our house for 6 months before actual install. During that time, I sanded each board and applied and buffed in 4 coats of Hope's Pure Tung Oil. They were installed on our second floor, all bedrooms. Once installed, I buffed in one more coat of tung oil. Today. I am very pleased with how the tung-oil is protecting the floor, and how the floor is holding up. Not seeing much gap between boards, and any accidental spills are not leaving any stains, but I do get to them fairly fast. For clean up, we vacuum and when needed, use damp rag and elbow grease for any scuffs, or marks (dog paws), etc. I occasionally buff out scratches with tung oil (we have a dog and 11yo boy). Since the floor has gone thru one dry winter, this summer I plan buff in another coat of tung oil for more durability. Because it is pine, we do not allow shoe traffic on the second floor or food, but that rule was same when the flooring was carpeted. I love this floor! The patina is becoming quite lovely, it has been really easy to keep. I expect the floor to age gracefully and develop more character as the years go on. I do not regret going the all-natural route with using only the tung oil.

@ winonelson I'm sorry you did not get an answer, which is unusual on this forum. California has recently declared through executive order by Jerry Brown that bathroom sink faucets sold in the Golden State after 1/1/2016 may not have a flow rate greater than 1.2 gpm and kitchen sink faucets are limited to 1.8 gpm. As goes California, so goes North America, so I suspect that getting the 2.2 gpm faucet is going to get harder, not easier. Here's a trick, however. Almost all faucet flow limiters are built into the aerator, which can be removed and replaced with another aerator that allows for more flow. Even though the faucet you may be considering is rated at 1.8 gpm, there is a chance you can get an aerator from either the faucet company or an independent faucet parts supplier that has a higher flow limit. It will require some research and telephone work, but it can be done.

We used Rohl’s Perrin & Rowe lineup in our bathroom reno and couldn’t be happier. Exposed thermostatic shower system, sink faucet and tub filler for claw foot tub and a whole host of accessories. The quality is tangible. We had a minor issue with the diverter valve in the shower (it worked, but it didn’t feel smooth) which Vintage Tub & Bath replaced, no questions asked. Fortunately it was an easy fix on the exposed shower (a few unions). And Rohl’s polished nickel finish is exquisite Now were doing our kitchen and another bathroom and we keep going back to Rohl. We’ve found few options which tickle our fancy and the ones we have, (Lefroy Brooks, Graff, etc.) we’re unsure of the quality. Being a car guy, I like car analogies: A Lexus LS460 is in the same class and possesses most of the same features as a Mercedes S550, BMW 7-Series or Audi A8, and may even give you less problems than the German marques, but a Lexus will never have that same “carved from billet” feel.

Everyone is waiting for their wood to come out of China (with increased levies from the US government) or Canada (with 300% increase in tariffs from the US government) or from local mills that have access to KILNS that can dry wood (not so easy).

Needless to say there is a bottleneck in the supply system. Unless you work DIRECTLY with a local mill (you can google local mills for your location...you could have 5 or up to 15 DOZEN depending on where you are), you are looking at lead times of 18 - 30 weeks.

Waiting until 'Monday' is *nothing in the long waiting game you have ahead of you. And yes...prices are about to sky rocket in the next 1-2 months. The battle with China is REALLY getting ugly (in the USA and Canada). China is getting nasty with the USA (everyone is saying everyone else is spying on each other...it isn't pretty). The USA has tried to reduce the amount of Canadian lumber entering the USA...The USA is trying to maintain their internal supply chain but without the Canadian Lumber (it's going to arbitration AGAIN...at the World Trade Organization = WHO = Canada has won each round since the 1970's...but never mind) the USA's bottle neck is going to get stuck once again. And then the bottle neck will EMPTY...with nothing left in the pipe line...no one will be able to access anything.

You are going to be better off if you can order from a LOCAL mill. Many people have gone this route because the BACK ORDERS are SYSTEM WIDE in the 'overseas/foreign' wood products. No one has stock. No one.

And to be clear, anything that has been on the market for 18 - 24 months PREVIOUSLY, will not be available in the next 6 months. A man-made product is only made for a few months and then the line is DISCONTINUED. Never to be made again.

I know you want photos...but it might just turn out to be a wild goose chase. You will get photos and get excited only to find out (in 4-6 weeks time) that it was discontinued in March (or last December...whenever).

I know it isn't what you wanted to hear...just be aware of what you are trying to do. If you are a few months away from purchase, I HIGHLY recommend you increase your budget by $5/sf. That way you are prepared for the massive price jump the USA is about to go through.
