Yellow leaves on my new Oroblanco grapefruit tree

Planted this a month ago from a 15 gallon container to the ground. Zone 9b, california had a cold windy weather last week and starting to see yellowing of leaves now. Clay soil, so watering once a week. Moisture meter says wet around dripline at 12inch deep. Trying to understand why the yellowing of leaves (some of the fruits have been yellow since the beginning). I have fertilized it once after planting.
Is it an over watering issue or that the plant needs more nutrients? Should I consider foliar feeding?
