I install the porch rail but have a question

It's a single post rail that straddles a step. I was required to drill four two and a half inch holes in concrete. Step two was the place the base over the holes. Step 3 was to insert what appears to be a sleeve anchor with a bolt on top and tap down. The final step involve tightening all four screws. This all went great and the thing seemed very stable. Unfortunately I installed the sucker backwards! I was prepared to remove the rail and relocate it thinking that there's no way I can reuse these sleeves. I unscrewed each of the four bolts they came off with the washer and I was able to remove the post
... the sleeves were still in the concrete. On a whim I turned the post around the way it was supposed to be and carefully slid the screws back in the place. They all seem to catch the little nut that was in there and I again screwed them tightly. It seems perfectly stable.
Did I dodge a bullet here?
