With a stove that size, your range hood will likely be the focal point or at least could be if you do something decorative with it. Your dimensions look to be quite generous enough for a residential kitchen. I have a kitchen that is a standard 10 feet by 10 feet, and I made the most of storage in my renovation by using all drawer bases where possible and putting an extra shelf in each of the uppers. Your kitchen is significantly larger than this. If you cannot fit everything, then consider editing what you store or finding storage elsewhere for items used only a couple of times per year.

Make kitchen smaller, add pantry. I'd want the refrigerator closer to the stove.

Do you have a pantry? I don’t see it but maybe I’ve missed it. If not, what about moving the fridge towards the range and add a tall pantry cabinet in the end?

The focal point of any kitchen should be the cook and the food. Whoever designed this kitchen has sentenced you to 30 years hard labor, tighten up the work triangle.

I agree that you need a pantry. Also, consider flipping the kitchen and dining area. Right now the only access to the deck is in the family room. I’d flip the dining and kitchen and put french doors from the dining room to the deck.

At my house there isn’t access to the back yard through the kitchen / dining area and it makes me crazy. When we eat outside and have people over it’s a pain in the butt.

Keeping the window in the current location, since framing is complete, the range hood is the focal point from the DR, and window is the focal point from the LR. Fridge is moved closer to range, and an ROTS pantry is the focal point from the front door. The fridge is still outside the NKBA recommended max distance of 9' between appliances.

There certainly could have been better thought to the Family Room placement to allow a more typical layout of Kitchen/Dining/Fam/Outdoor living. But it's done, and backhouse entry to the Kitchen is probably prioritized over coming through a switched Dining. So the easiest switch at this point after rough framing is Living and Office as they are the same 14x14. The Office can reduce to 12x14 to allow more Kitchen workspace. Here I show a broom closet and cabinets, but there are many opportunities in my head for different schemes with this scenario: leaving out the 2nd Office door, adding a coat closet across from the mudroom bench/a closet in the Office, moving the refrigerator over here (if don't mind the traffic through the workzone), pantry cabinets, beverage center, etc etc.

At the very least, I show the refrigerator slid down in its original location so there is no line of sight from the front door, but maybe to a display cabinet, and also mirroring the front door swing.
