It would appear from the drawings that the ceiling is vaulted from left and right walls to a beam in the ceiling and that some of the walls highlighted could be removed. On the other hand, the marks on the drawing make me believe that changes were made during construction that might make that assumption untrue. In any case there appears to be a support in the middle of that space for the ridge beam that will have to remain and be engineered as there will be no walls to brace it. Someone's going to have to do some investigation whether it's an engineer architect or contractor.

You need to start with a Kitchen Designer and their contractor. They will bring in a structural engineer if needed. If you have a whole floor plan, it’s easy to armchair guess it from here. If it’s parallel to the main ridge, chances are good that it is load bearing. But even if it’s crosswise to the ridge, it could be load bearing. Joists change direction and bearing wall points 4x in my own simple house. It requires an expert in person to inspect all of everything. But removing that wall means replacing all of the floors that touch it. Figure $10-$20 a square foot for that work. Plus the cost of the electrical, HVAC and plumbing relocation. 2K-5K. Plus the cost of the wall removal itself, and any needed structural additions to make that happen. $5-15K. Removing the wall itself is not that expensive if you’re already planning all of the rest on the list. If you aren’t, then it’s going to be cost prohibitive to do.

You would need structural engineer to inspect to firmly answer your questions but based on my experience these are load bearing. Why is the refrigerator sticking out so much? And why aren’t door for refrigerator opening with hinge on left. Very awkward to use in such a tight kitchen. Looks like some updating has been done. Make sure to carefully review the Seller’s Disclosure form. They must list issues and how they were resolved. Ask for documentation for any big ticket items. The light fixtures are very dated. Those would need to be replaced in my world. That is expensive endeavor. Document any issues you see and ask your agent to get info from seller in writing. N verbal agreements. Document in emails not text messages wherever possible. Easier to retain and search in future. Changing walls usually means changing floors too so it can get expensive fast. yes but I still need to create space for a new heater. This one is only 16 inches in diameter. Most water heaters I can get at home depot or Rona are minimum 24 inches in diameter. Please see the picture below. The previous house owner did this to make enough space on the top unit.
