Redoing kitchen help. Wood overload but now what?

Redoing our 25 year old pecan kitchen. Layout will be very similar, renderings below. Really struggling with finishes. Browner tones don’t look great with floors and the red oak runs thru house and does not need refinishing. Loving some of the rift cut white oaks in pics but not finding that look at all in semi-custom cabinet lines we are considering.

I have been looking at natural cherry or red birch, but will it end up looking like current kitchen with lighter quartz counter?

Hubby hates all white and we are not really careful and afraid we would be destroy painted especially on lowers.

What do you think about the two tone inspiration Pics? Can you see that working in my space?

Resale not a factor. Want It to feel like a real update. Up for ideas! Thanks for your help!
