Hi JustMe! I have been wracking my brains and searching for answers. Decided finally to try to convert the mp4 to mp3. And thought while I'm at it I will re-download a saved video from June of this year (done with the earlier version of youtubedownload of course). Maybe uninstalling Adobe removed a needed component??? While trying to do the conversion I clicked on the new download file to get it into the conversion (?) and it opened in VCL, and Played the Audio! I can go to bed now. Oops, so I check the file extension on the June video file versus the same video re-downloaded tonight --- .flv on the June one and now it's downloading as a .mp4 --- I assume utube has done this to all their content. Maybe my computer just needed the reboot to kick things in gear :-) Thanks so much for your backup. To bed. irisgal

You can also do this: If you just want the picture on your computer, follow these steps: -Right click on the picture -From the menu that pops up choose "Save image as..." -A window titles Save Image pops up. Navigate through to where you'd like the photo to go. (Desktop is often best , just for the fact that the photo is easy to find once copied to your computer. From there you can just click and drag to the folder you want it in.) Also rename the photo at this time if you'd like. -Click Save. To email the photo, you should see somewhere on your email page a place where you can add a file to send. Choose to do that, then in the window that comes up choose the photo from your desktop.
