How to fence in backyard with utility box in corner

Hi! I'm hoping to fence in my backyard, the only problem is that there is a utility box right in the corner on my lot line. The box says it needs to have 10 ft clearance in the front and one-foot clearance on the other 3 sides. We're hoping to do the fence ourselves. How would you recommend we go about fencing this area? Would it be better to cut in at a 90-degree angle to make sort of a zig-zag or cut the corner diagonally? Or could I put some sort of temporary removable fence directly in front of the box that could be easily removed to access the box? Do I need to add a gate in this panel to allow people to access it? In the pictures, the pink flag marks the corner of our lot.
