Great. The blue chair looks great and it completes the seating arrangement so I would keep. The mirror is nice and can definetely have a space on that wall but you need more art and/or nicely framed family pics or memories to create a gallery wall. I then would hang sheers for all the windows(it softens the look in your words makes it cozy)

Here is an option add a large clock next to the mirror and art frames(black) on top of the shelf. White sheers throughout.

The mirror can be vertical as pictured or horizontal. If horizontal you can lower it a bit

Same sheers also on the other side

If you like rugs in the future you can purchase a very large rug. Remember textiles soften the look and give you a more"cozy" feeling. But they are not necessary. Live without one for a while and see how you feel. To add interest you can also just use a sheepskin or leather small rug in an interesting irregular shape. You can also add interest layering in texture through more pillows like below

In your case I would use a white rug. Good luck! You have a beautiful house!

The problem with mirror is its very heavy and not sure if it can be installed vertically.

Is there anything we can do with keeping the mirror at same place and add more features on sides.

Don’t want to clutter the room either.

Lighting will add more effect , using floor lamps will be good, if you use multicoloured hue bulbs it will add a great effect and you will have more options to change the light theme as per the event and gathering you are organising

Understood. The mirror where it is its too high and too centered. Adding all those frames does clutter the look a bit and does not totally solve the visual dillema. But it could be a compromise. The ottoman you selected does not work with the interior, style, color or shape...If you dont want to keep the blue chair just put down the poof you had placed on top of the sectional in the first pic

Another way to bring balance while keeping that mirror there would be to add a shelf along the sectional and use that as your display for picture frames and art

Or simply sell the mirror. At the height it is its not doing anything other than reflect the kitchen cabinet...

Yeh agree, i think the mirror is not solving any purpose.

It will help you understand why you felt the space is not cozy or lacking. Essentially that mirror is too small in relation to the size of the couch and just hanging it by itself will not be enough, you will need to add more items to the arrangement. If the mirrror is centered you have no choice but to add left and right of it which makes the arrangement too busy. Further to complicate things it is hung too high so even when you added the other items still doesnt look right. The right thing to do is move the mirror to a side and lower and add something else on the other side to balance it. Or fill in the space bellow it and to the side with items on a shelf.

Many times clients notice something is not quite perfect and request help. Much like going to the doctor with your symptoms, it takes a trained eye to diagnose the problem and find a solution. That being said I believe it is very important to also explain to the client the reasoning behind it, hence my above explanation...haha
