Who would have thought that some folks might be smoking weed at a family gathering, and that the only illegal part would be the gathering itself.

A squirrel was sitting in an apple tree. All of a sudden a cow started climbing up the tree. Surprised to see a climbing cow the squirrel asked the newcomer, "What the heck are you doing here?" The cow replied, "I thought I'd eat some oranges." "But this is an apple tree." "I know. I brought my own."

Oh the horrors! I still remember in 4th grade I had a class with a teacher who was known for being mean. She always struck terror in my heart. Well, we were supposed to have our school book covered by the next day, and I completely forgot and had left it at school. I was in tears! So my folks gave me a large brown paper bag cut open and showed me how to fold it to cover it without tape. I did that as soon as I got to class. Of course only about half the class had their book covered. Wouldn't you know it, she came over to my desk and picked up my well-covered book to show the class how it should be done!! Phew!! Permanent record saved!!
