Anyone regret installing quartz?

I'm renovating our kitchen and am torn between Taj Majal Quartzite and white quartz with veining throughout. After doing lots of searching on these forums I see the main complaints on quartz are chipping, fading do to sunlight, water rings, and marks from hot things being set on it. I don't see many complaints against real quartzite. I'll be doing white shaker style cabinets and could see the Taj Majal as being a nice countertop (unfortunatly lots of the slabs I am seeing are more brown and less grey & cream). But also wonder if I"ll be "dating" my kitchen bc white quartz is so popular. On the other hand I've found some pretty quartz counters, although its tough to find some that aren't so creamy and will look dull against white cabinets. Has anyone who installed quartz regretted it bc of issues? See attached pics of Taj Majal and Quartz options.
