Change the paint color to match the light stone, not the roof. The trim looks fine already.

I agree with architectural changes as well. Just need some direction on what could be done. We’re not afraid to change things. This is our current house exterior remodel before & after

Can’t help but say I would put a substantial band of colourful tile work around each column between the lights and the uppermost stack of stone (although on the far right column I would make the tile neutral/whitish, but in the same design). I would get more dramatic lights for the column in an Alhambran style. I would probably tile the risers of the stairs.

Not sure what I would do with the second floor arched light. I think I would want much more dramatic grille work in the arch, and to make the vertical dividers in the window dark. I’d look at it a long time and wonder if maybe I wanted to get a piece of custom art glass up there. Might depend on what the view is.

And i too would eliminate whatever that design is on the right side if I wasn’t going to fill it with something highly decorative.

So here is the kind of tile work I would put in a highly visible band 3/4 of the way up the two central columns, but a more neutral one to the right

I might tile around the 3 upper right windows on the left in jewel colors. Do the arched fan light to the left very dark.

Thanks for your input. I think we’re wanting to go more in this direction but it’s hard to know in my head if it’ll work with what we have. I know the roof lines are different, etc. so it won’t be exact but want it to look cohesive. Love any input you all have. Thanks in advance.

Although one of your inspiration pics has an arch, I think you might get closer to want you want overall if you take away all the exterior arches on the new house (although if you square off the central arch of the entry you can probably leave the 2d floor central arched window (but not the one on the left)
