Sometimes in the middle of the night I wake up because of a tickle in my throat that won't go away. Natural reaction is to cough to try to get the tickle to stop, but I hate to cough a lot during the night and risk waking Hubs. So, I keep a little tin of sugar free mints on my nightstand, and I'll pop one in my mouth - gets rid of the tickle every time.
