Comments (10)+1 to the comments above. Generally speaking you have around an inch +/- from RO to window frame size. I'd be a little cautious about approaching this though, as we don't know what other circumstances are going on there. How were the old windows sized, is there some other relevant info regarding the sizing, etc. Its been a minute since I've ordered Marvins, but I don't believe that they have "stock" sizes anymore, nor do most manufacturers. I think they moved away from that a few years ago... That means that this sizing issue was either a flat out mistake, or again, there is something else going on here. There are some other red flags as well as Todd was alluding to.
