Comments (4)Note. Dark is pretty in pics but heck to dustmop several times a day..choose colors that help themselves look nice like anything which is in the family of the soil that walks in on the bottom of shoes in your house or whatever is in the air. Don't go too dark or too white but a denim or dusty sage or weathered wood look or medium hue basically, can be very enduring and add warmth to the tile and marble surfaces--- unless you have only adults and a very clean exterior? Than your options are many and that is easy to go with your dream view of the space. It sounds very pretty so go with the idea that the oak will evolve after you recoup from the kitchen update!...See Moresilestone eternal Calacatta gold vs msi calacutta classique
Comments (2)I can’t speak to the MSI stone, but we have the calacatta gold and really like it. It is very white and the veining is more subtle than the other fake marble quartzes we saw. It was expensive, but since we used it for our backsplash and counter we decided to splurge....See MoreMSI quartz sample does not match installed counter tops
Comments (23)Yes you're right! So I had the old Carrara marmi and they were getting a new lot in June that would be whiter so I think that ended up being the difference. They said the company switched manufacturers and the whole lot they had received was the off white tone of marmi. It's identical to the first picture! I had no idea there was a new vs old. Luckily they were very helpful and are allowing me to pick out any quartz from the show room and replace it for $300 whichever I choose. I could have gotten the new marmi but I would have to wait until June when it comes in. This felt like a great option to me though as the higher up quartz was not really in my price range at all. So I am happy with that and I got to look through many different styles of white quartz slabs in the warehouse and bring a few home to decide. They are going to replace the whole thing. Now I just have to choose between Cararra Morro and Calacutta Clara!...See MoreJ Pru
