I would paint the siding a charcoal gray and replace the lights with slim modern cylinders. Update the landscaping. Add an ornamental tree in the center of the lawn on center with the left side of the house.

What sort of paint visualizer are you using?

Don’t think I’d paint it a dark color. Because it just brings out the protruding part of the house. I’d probably either match the brick for that area. Or do a stucco. It’s a cute house. May be hard to get that piece ( is it an extension? New addition?) to blend in. Other than that I’d maybe add a porch somewhere. Remove the storm door. Add a bigger front door. New lighting. Landscape. Maybe continue the brick on the walkway too.

The paint suggestions above are really good. I think I would emphasize: new door, that kind doesn't help the house, simplifying or eliminating the window treatments in the bay, as well as the thing hanging there, and landscaping. Landscaping would really help, I think, to deemphasize the mass of the protruding section. Maybe a small ornamental tree out on the lawn as well.

If you have a PC, you can use paint to try colors. That is what I used.

I like the idea of a glass front door.

I use a mac...but I am playing around on the app from sherwin Williams...it’s a little touchy/annoying but I’m managing lol
