Hi! We are remodeling this awesome 70s lakefront home. We are replacing windows to clean up the lines with an architectural, clean fiberglass look that is iron ore around each and are modernizing and cleaning up all the colors on the interior.

We wished to paint the roof Iron Ore (a dark charcoal color) and the body Anonymous by SW BUT the roof painting alone was going to cost $10k alone (multiple bids received) so are rethinking for budgeting purposes to leave the roof red and paint the body a darker gray like peppercorn or maybe even darker. The 2nd and 3rd photos are the front of the house so the first thing you see is so much roof. What color combo would you recommend with the cost in mind? We can swing it but not sure it is worth the cost.
