Can I use 12x24 floor tiles in a small bathroom

If there is any gapping around the edges or in the center when you look at them from the side, then they are not perfectly flat. That doesn't mean that they can't be used. It just means that they will look better if they are not laid in an overlapping pattern where you get lippage, and it is important, if they are bowed, that it is consistent from tile to tile. I did a small bathroom in 18" square tiles that were perfectly flat and I still chose to align the tiles in a standard, straight set pattern. Lippage...See MoreHELP! Comments (1)Hello, Since you are planning on keeping the vanity cabinets with dark granite countertops along with white subway tiles, I think an easy solution would be to bridge the gap between the countertop and the subway tile by using a white marble look floor tile with dark veins. Below are just a couple of tiles I found on Houzz. I think using light-colored floor tiles would keep the bathrooms from looking too small or dark compared to using darker floor tiles. Comments (10)It's difficult to help pick colors based on computer screen and picture variations, but I think the bold colors take away from your pretty tile. I personally like a gray-blue or gray color when looking at your tile. I played around with Sherwin Williams color and found these two as an example: All of these colors will vary depending on lighting and larger samples help make things easier to see. Once you settle on a few colors, get some sample cups and paint poster board edge to edge leaving no white border. Place it around the room and see how you like it!...See MoreK R
