There are specialist fabricators to handle each one of these items. If you do not want to coordinate each of these trades, then a General Contractor should be contacted, but you will pay for the service of coordination on top of each of these contracts.

I have no problem coordinating it all but need help with design/color/etc. Once I have the plan, I can get it executed.

Then hire a designer to help with design and colors. Someone that can mock up the exterior choices for you to view. A GC is not likely to be able to do that.

I have posted here before for help but sadly I think you, celery, were the only one to respond then. I’m not sure what kind of siding I have and if it can be painted or if I should replace it? Any chance there is brick under there? Here is a picture of my home.

You have a cute house. The good news is that you can paint vinyl siding and leave brick as is. I did rendering for you already in one of your previous posts.

We don’t think it’s vinyl siding. It’s not plastic like at all.

Who do you get to paint the fascia and siding . Every painter I meet try to steer clear of it

It is not wood either. We can’t figure out what it is...hence why I was asking what kind if professional we need.
