If you are financially challenged I do like Owbist's suggestion. However, if not please consider purchasing new if it becomes necessary. A new one would allow you to contaminate the keyboard with your desired drink, food, pet hair or other debris rather than having to be saddled with the tastes of the prior owner. Does a single click on the Inbox entries followed by a click on the Delete button on the Toolbar work? DA

Everything needs to come up....including porcelain tile. A warranty breach (ie. it is not covered) means NO ONE will help you. I guarantee it. If you expose any of these to ++ heat = no warranty = no one will help you. If you do not have humidity levels set properly = no warranty = no one will help you. If you do not pay to have the subfloors made to MANUFACTURE'S REQUIREMENTS = no warranty = no one will help you. I have not met a retailer who will step in and LOSE MONEY because a homeowner's house can't keep the floor inside the warranty claim. No one will help you unless you pay for it. Warranties are there to tell the HOMEOWNER how to keep their floors happy. It is rarely used to compensate a homeowner for a faulty product (less than 1% of claims would end up as accepted warranty claims). Why? Because the house or the INSTALLER voided 99.9999% of all warranty concerns with installation.

bart bart - I am so glad to hear that I am not alone in the universe in that I do not, and have never, and have no plans to, own(ed) a smart phone! I have never wanted to carry my computer around in my purse or pocket - I have enough trouble with my actual computer (which I keep locked in my office - it can't get into too much trouble there, and they can "track" its location all they want). There was a long article in the paper (I think the WSJ) yesterday about how smart phone providers are all moving to demanding that you pay them only by giving them access to your bank account. That is crazy - every day I read about some huge company being hacked and having all its users' "secure" personal info stolen, and I have no desire for my banking info to suddenly be on the "dark web". My flip phone, which I have ONLY for emergencies, is totally off 99% of the time, and will stay that way. fig_insanity - I can't imagine your frustration - I hope you manage to re-construct your lost contacts somehow. Caflower- are you using the app on your Android? If so, try using a browser. From what I found, that error code is specific to some apps on some Androids and only correctible via the website or Android itself.
