Please Help. Franke cube, Elkay lustertone or Julien pro chef?

Hi all,

I’m trying to decide between these three sinks. My husband detests sink grids and I realize some scratching will happen. Does anyone know which of these will stand up better? I’m so undecided on which to go with.

Sounds like your husband is making your desicion harder than it needs to be.

I can only vouch for Franke, which I’ve been very pleased with.

Sammy, do you have the cube?

None of those because I like a kitchen sink with an offset corner drain. It allows you to set pans down in the sink without covering the drain, and also allows more space under the sink since the drain isn't right in the middle of the storage area, but is more off to the side.

Two stainless steel sinks that require 36" cabinets (like the ones in your OP) and have corner drains are the Blanco Formera 33 and the Elkay Crosstown ECTRU30179RT (there's another Elkay Crosstown model that comes with sink grid included, but you said you didn't want that - I don't like a sink grid either).

@jkrakowka What did you choose, and how do you like it? My husband also does not want to use the grid! I am considering the Julien, but have not ordered yet.
