Stainless Steel, Black or SS/Black combo appliances???????
Comments (4)I went with SS appliances. I really love the look of all stainless. However, they do really get fingerprinted quickly. And I don't have kids! When I was looking at refrigerators, the salesperson showed me some in titanium, I think? That were like a brushed stainless that wouldn't show prints so much. I don't know that I would like black appliances in a kitchen with white cabinets. What kind of counters are you going to do?...See MoreBlack Stainless Steel Range with all other Sst appliances
Comments (2)I second Anglophilia's statement about not using an OTR microwave.I have one in my current kitchen and this is one of the 3 reasons why I am remodelling it. Hate hate hate it. There is no venting ( except me in saying how much I hate it.) I don't want to cook anything which is seared or is a strong smelling (which is everything, froom steak to fish and curries) as it sticks around forever. And we haven't even gotten into addressing the grease issue. As for your other question yes, you can do black and make it a focal point but find another place for the mw and get something that vents to the outdoors....See MoreBlack stainless steel appliances
Comments (12)Bisque was around for almost 40 years, not the same as the avocado & harvest gold. Makers better get on the stick, some of us hate SS with a passion. WTF wants a SS appliance with black or gray sides. They do it to make money. White, black & bisque are the way to go. You'd have thought SS would have gone by now, LOL, but they just keep making them cheaper looking. My Saturday rant at this crap. Have a great day....See Morekitchenaid black stainless steel appliances with zephyr hood
Comments (0)Hello - we are purchasing kitchenaid black stainless steel appliances and it was suggested to us to get the Zephyr black stainless steel hood to pair with our kitchenaid appliances. However, I’m concerned that kitchenaid black stainless steel and zephyr’s black stainless steel hood may be different colors. Does anyone have these? Do they match or look noticeable different?...See Moreflygirl519
